Avocado Salad
Delicious! A friend served it at a barbeque and I thought it was so tasty I asked for the recipe. Happily, it was from my favorite recipe site! She did use lemon juice instead of lime because that's what she had on hand. Worked fine but I'm going to try it with lime because I love limes. Fresh cilantro is a must!

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
We love this recipe! The only change I made was to cook the dough first as several others recommended and I used fresh garlic which I cooked with the sausage. It's a great, easy recipe and could be made with different toppings if desired. I'm usually a thin crust fan but I LOVE this one!

Flatlander Chili
This is a great chili recipe. My family loved it and said it was the best chili they'd ever had. The only changes I made were to use 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 mild Italian sausage and I substituted diced tomatoes with the liquid for the tomato juice.
