Chicken Fried Chicken

Good. Although it needed a little more flavor (not salt). Next time I will cut chicken breast in strips and make a asian dipping sauce - my kids would love that!

Penne with Pancetta and Mushrooms

This is my 11 year old son's favorite (all recipes) meal thus far. Simple to make - would not hesitiate to serve this for guests. Used a couple of shakes of oregano and basil for the Italian seasoning. I was a bit concerned at first that I did not a enough sauce for the penne - it was perfect.

Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

Wonderful dish to serve for the family - the children even enjoyed it. It's a keeper!
