OMG! This was a great way to make chicken sandwiches. I have been trying to find a good recipe for cooked chicken for a long time. (I make a huge pot of chicken stock regularly and am always stuck on how to use the cooked chicken). I didn't add the cranberries and I'm surprised I even added apples as I normally don't add fruit to these types of dishes but I must say the apple enhanced the flavour. Yummy!

Excellent dressing! My only complaint would be I wish the recipe didn't call for all that white sugar. Although to be honest, I haven't look at other reviews whether people had suggestions on how to replace it or scale it down. Maybe I'll try that next time but I think that may affect the taste considerably and the dressing just tastes great as is.

Fantastic! I love homemade dressings and this one is one of the best. It really is a great greek salad dressing.
