Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole
I presonally used low carb noodles, low fat cream of mushroom soup, mozerella cheese the ommited the peas. It was wonderful.

Pineapple Iced Tea
Didn't have much luck with this recipe. The tea tasted a bit like lemon water.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
I read some of the reviews before I made this, I added shredded cheddar cheese used low fat cream cheese and mayo, ommited the green chillies and added bread cumbs (though I wont add the breadcumbs next time). This dip is wonderful and tastes JUST like poppers whenmatched with ritz. Its rich and filling. I cannot wait to make it again!
