Crustless Spinach Quiche
Made this last night for the hubby and roomies and they loved it! I used an italian cheese mix because that was what I had on hand, and I also added crumbled bacon and tomatoes. Delicious!

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa
Yum yum yum! I made this for a family BBQ and it disappeared faster than anything else! I added some jalepenos for extra kick! Thanks for the recipe!

Margarita Grilled Chicken
This chicken was pretty good. It sort of took on a sweet flavor. I marinated mine in the margarita mix without tequila so I added a little cumin, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper. It took on some nice flavors. I think next time I will chunk it up and make skewers so that the flavors will absorb a little more.
