This is great! I added 1/4c sour cream, 1/4 cup of honey and a can of corn and it was MOIST, TASTEY, and the best!! Way better than the processes packaged types!! I am a fan of whole wheat flour, which is all I use, and this still came out with GREAT flavor and texture!!!

OMG, thanks!! Loved this, very easy. I really love the recipes that arent LOADED with PROCESSED foods, canned goods, etc...and this one was great. Used all fresh ingredients, and it tasted GREAT!!

I really liked this, the only problem I personally have is trying to find a fish recipe that doesnt taste FISHY. Even the individual wrapped tilapia fillets end up with a strong fish taste, which, no matter how cooked, comes through. But this recipe was good and I ended up getting it past 3 out of 4 family members without complaint!!
