Garbanzos with Fennel
I really wanted to like this dish, but I have to say that it was disappointing in all respects. The fennel was over-powering, there was no depth to the flavors, and ingredients seemed to be added simply for color, not for its flavor influence. End result? Make this one as a "flush".

Garlic-Shrimp Angel Hair
Simply delicious! You don't need to change a thing! This recipe is fancy enough for company, and is ideal as a fast and easy meal after working all day. The first time I made this I froze the leftovers, but I found that after reheating, too much of the sauce had been absorbed. If I froze this recipe again, I would keep the pasta and sauce separate until serving.
