Egg and Hash Brown Casserole
I made this for Christmas morning brunch. The taste was nice, but I found it to be quite dry, even after adding 2 additional eggs as suggested by a previous reviewer. I don't think I would make this recipe again as there are others I have tried before, that I like better. For anyone wanting to try it, I'd suggest adding some sour cream or perhaps a can of cream soup.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast
I doubled this recipe and put it in an 8.5 x 14" pan. I did not double the cream cheese because I thought it would be too much, so only used 1.5 times the amount of cream cheese called for in the recipe. this turned out very good and suited my family's taste to a T. I wold definitely make this recipe again, without any further changes.

Garbanzos with Fennel
I really wanted to like this dish, but I have to say that it was disappointing in all respects. The fennel was over-powering, there was no depth to the flavors, and ingredients seemed to be added simply for color, not for its flavor influence. End result? Make this one as a "flush".
