Emily's Famous Hash Browns
YUM!! I have never made hashbrowns before. This recipe was super easy and mine didn't turn out greasy at all, I did press them good between paper towels to get as much oil off as I could. My husband loved them and will definitely make them again.

Asparagus Roll-Ups
I made these for a girls' night and all the ladies LOVED them. All wanted to know where I got the recipe. Delicious just the way the recipe is. I didn't change a thing!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These are delicious. The best CC cookies I have had! Better than the store bought ones. Followed recipe exactly and turned out perfect.
