French Onion Soup XI
I made this for Christmas dinner, and got rave reviews. Absolutely scrumptious; wouldn't change a thing. Used Killian's Red as the beer. YUMMM!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
The dish was actually delicious, but the reason my rating is low is that it was terribly salty. Either use reduced-sodium soy sauce or less soy overall.
