A nice change of pace from the usual types of fruit pies! Delicious and with just the right amount of tartness. I used one of my own pie crust recipes which I know is good. Also a perfect way to use up the huge load of apricots that I have been landed with this summer!

Lemon Coconut Squares

This is my first time making lemon squares and I've gotta say WOW! The flavour is beautiful, a perfectly balanced amount of tang and sweetness. I did do as others suggested and upped the lemon juice a bit. Thanks for the great eat!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are some of the best choc chip cookies I've ever tasted! They are especially great if you prefer a soft, more cake-like cookie. The only change I made was to use only 1 cup of chocolate chips. Everyone who tasted them wanted the recipe! So yummy!!!

Berry Trifle

My family really enjoyed this! They particularly liked the "custard", which had a great sweet taste. I used madeira cake and it went very well. Thanks for sharing!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These cookies were awesome after reducing the suger amount to 3/4 brown and 1/4 white. Even with that amount they were pretty sweet, but still great! They had crispy edges and perfectly chewy middles. I also added pecan nuts for some contrast to the sweetness of the choc chips!
