Tangy Poppy Seed Fruit Salad
Made this for Thanksgiving supper - very nice & light, got several compliments on the dressing although I wasn't overly impressed. Perhaps it doesn't triple well. Maybe a little more honey, the dressing was pretty "juicy". Seems like a good summer salad!

Apple Bundt Cake
This was a disappointing recipe. It as good as we were hoping. It was plain & boring, the cake itself doesn't have much flavor. The only change I made was going with some other's suggestions of using white and brown sugar. It looked beautiful but just not much flavor.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
I don't know how this simple recipe turns out so well but this is now my 'go to' recipe for roast chicken. My bird was a bit bigger so took longer to cook (use a thermometer!) I tucked onions & garlic in the cavity as well and used garlic powder in addition to the onion powder - Fabulous!
