I am a stay at home mom; we have three kids- 7, 5, and 3. I love to read and play with the kids; and I have a passion for cooking. Christmas 2006 I ended up cooking Christmas dinner for my smaller family, and was completely terrified about it- but discovered a love for cooking. And I've never looked back. Since then I'm constantly looking for new recipes to try and finding recipes to make everything homemade. I love to bake bread and make pasta. My biggest problem is that there are not enough meals in a week to cook everything I want. I love to cook Italian and Mexican dishes. And any kind of baking!!! I have to limit my baking dishes to one a week or we are all going to start gaining too much weight! We don't really have any.... our family is kind of at a point where we're creating new traditions. I'm not good with a knife!
