Hummus III
Excellent recipe--when I lived in Toledo, Ohio hummus was fresh and plentiful at every store. Now that I'm in Minnesota, not so much. This recipe is fantastic. I followed some of the other reviewer's suggestions--added red pepper, cut back on tahini a bit, used fresh lemon juice, and pressure cooked dry chickpeas. It is absolutely wonderful.
