Roasted Vegetables
Yum yum! When I make this I just use whatever veggies I have at the time! My mom made this all of the time when I lived at home, so I reviewed it when I saw the recipe.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Good, but a tiny bit dry. Like other reviewers, I cooked my chicken in broth and shredded it before adding the bbq sauce. I wish I had saved a little of the broth and added it back after I put the barbecue ingredients in.

Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine
This was delicious! Although lamb breast isn't the best cut, braising the meat rendered out nearly all of the fat, and made the remaining meat extremely tender. The marinade had a wonderful flavor. I served it over Jasmine rice with roasted vegetables.
