Toll House(R) White Chip Chocolate Cookies
I cut this recipe in half and they turned out great! It may seem like a LOT of choc. chips but once they are cooked it's perfect!

Sticky Monkey Brains
Perfect!! Tastes just like Dollywood's Cinnamon bread. Use yeast bread (rolls will do) instead of biscuit dough!!!!! Wayyyyyyy better! You just have to elt them rise first of course, but it's well worth the wait!

Impossible Buttermilk Pie
Love it! Make it for an event I cater every year... 150 ppl always begging for the buttermilk pie! I add just a pinch of cinnamon... and cut back on the sugar a bit.
