Apple Crisp II
This was awesome! I never made apple crisp before, but I will be making it often now! I used granny smith apples and the only thing I changed was using half the amount of water (1/4 C) and adding a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon mixture. I love sweets, but it was a little too sweet, even for me, so next time I will use 1/2-3/4 cup of white sugar. Thanks for the post, I will be making this often!

The Best Potato Salad
I have never made potato salad before which is surprising because my husband & I love it. I decided to make this for a pot luck lunch at work and I was very nervous since I have never made it before. I made it the day before, and like another reviever said it tasted salty at first. After it sat overnight the salty taste was gone! I made my 16yr old daughter, who hates potato salad, try it the morning before I brought it to work. She protested, but tried it anyway. She LOVED it! She asked me not to bring it to work, lol! My husband also tried it and insisted I make some for home too! This was very easy and very tasty!! I will take the advice of another reviewer and try this with bacon ranch next time. Since I have a sweet tooth, I may try it with honey mustard instead of yellow mustard next time! Thanks for the post, this is my first and last potato salad recipe!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Very Good! I doubled the recipe to make 12 HUGE muffins! Make sure to spray entire pan with Pam including the top. Let them sit about 5 minutes before removing because the tops were coming off when I tried sooner than that. I will use half the topping next time, even with doubling this recipe there was a lot left over. Nice thick batter and my blueberries didn't sink. I've read some reviews that they were hard and or chewy, don't over mix the batter or this will happen with any blueberry muffin recipe. I also beat my egg with a fork before I put it in the measuring cup, makes for less mixing of the batter to ensure fluffy muffins.
