Wow- this recipe is unbelievably easy and the taste is AMAZING! I used condensed cream of potato soup instead and was very happy with the results. I also sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top before I topped the filling with the second pie shell. Yum! Prep time was more like 5 min- which was fine by me! I will definitely use this recipe again and also try subbing chicken too.

This was my first beef gravy and it came out awesome! I made it for meatloaf and buttery mashed potatoes, and everything went really well together.....I chopped up 2 decent slices of onion, and that was plenty to give the recipe good flavor. Next time I might try to use 2 teaspoons of boullion instead of 3......I can always add another one if it's not salty enough(I used the boullion cubes, and 3 seemed like it might be a little much)

This recipe WAS super easy, and the flavor was great! I followed directions as specified.....I might take it out an hor earlier next time- I think the 7 hours I had it set on low was too long. It was a tiny bit tough, but still I had zero complaints! :)
