These are fantastic! We cook them in butter for 2-3 minutes each side. Serve them with parsley potatoes and red cabbage.

Easy Banana Brownies

I thought this would be horrible!! The only thing that is horrible is..........I am going to eat the whole pan. These were really easy and are great with vanilla ice cream. I made these more like blonde brownies, I did not melt the chips into butter I just mixed eveything together.

These were great! We soaked the jalapenos over night in water so that they were not as hot. They were really easy and really good. I will have to work on getting the bacon wrapped around better.

Louisiana Shrimp Casserole

This was a great recipe. We made a few changes. We used brown rice in place of the instant white rice. Also we used fresh asparagus, sliced garlic and fresh mushrooms. We spiced things up by using Old Bay Seasoning and Paprika on the shrimp prior to cooking. sprinkled paprika on the top of the casserole. We will be making this again!

This are very good. We added spinach, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. We also used feta with basil and sun dried tomatoes. These were fantastic!! We will be making these again!

Banana Pancakes with Berries

My husband does not like pancakes, at all! He and my 4 year old daughter made this for mothers day. He has now decided that if pancakes taste like this, ie: lite, fluffy and mosit he can make this every weekend. We will be making these again and again. They are wonderful!!

Daddy's Guacamole Dip

I thought the cottage cheese would make this a littlen on the weird side. This was a great dip. The cottage cheese help the avacados go alot further. We added extra chili peppers to add alittle heat. We would make this again. Thanks!
