Oatmeal Yeast Bread
I love this bread. I wasn't sure what the texture would be like with the oatmeal, but it has a very smooth texture. I followed the recipe with the exception of using shortening instead of butter and I oiled the top with a little olive oil instead of butter. Yummy!
