Chicken Noodle Casserole
Great comfort food. Loved the fact that there is no "cream of" soup in it. Added a splash of white wine with the chicken broth and used fresh thyme instead of savory. We will make this again and again.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was excellent! Anyone that thinks this teriyaki is as good as purchased teriaki does not have very receptive taste buds. Very good and very easy.

Cajun Baked Catfish
This had a good amount of heat, but didn't find it as flavorful as I expected.
