Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I have to give this 5 stars because it's simple to make and is absolutely wonderful. Just excellent! This is a keeper for me. Add a little crumbled bacon on the top of each bowl before serving.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Pefection! The only think I added was melted butter on the top of the loaf as it cooled. To die for!

World's Best Lasagna
Wonderful! If you make this lasagna don't fiddle with the recipe. It's perfection as written. Everyone raved about it and my Mother even asked me to email her a copy. Five stars, without a doubt.
