Whole Wheat Apple Pancakes with Brown Sugar Glaze
The family thought this recipe was delicious! I followed the instructions in reducing some of the amounts of ingredients. Very hearty, healthy and the glaze is fantastic!!

Curried Red Snapper
This was just fabulous! I used whipping cream to make the sauce thicker and also used a little more cream and curry to have curried gravy for my mashed potatoes. I recommend to anyone!

Red Snapper in Grape Leaves with Garlic and Caper butter
Great dish! I didn't have time to find grape leaves, so I used cabbage leaves...it was divine!! Next time I'll try it w/ grape leaves! Eat well, live well ~ Peace!
