Stuffed Green Peppers

Phenomenal Dish!! I used shredded monterey jack because it's what I had. This was just too good to be true. I will make this again and again.

This recipe was pretty awesome! :) I didn't care for the Italian herbs, garlic, and parsley, so the next time I make it I'll exclude that. I also mixed some breadcrumbs in the topping which made it nice and crunchy on top. Good recipe!!

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

I prepared this recipe exactly as written and it turned out wonderfully. I've NEVER been able to make mashed potatoes, but my hubby kept asking me to try again so I thought I would. He ate several helping and kept saying how delicious they were. I'll be using this recipe all the time!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

I love this recipe! I've been making it for years...A definite favourite. My brother hates broccoli and he loves this dish. I like making it with diced raw carrots, chilian raisins, cheddar cheese. Soo scrumptious
