Black Bean Vegetable Soup
This recipe is really good! It freezes well too. I love it for my lunch at work and don't miss having meat in it at all.

Salad Dressing Cupcakes
Absolutely amazing! I made these for someone, but could not get them delivered. 4 days later, I brought them to work... they were still moist and yummy like the day I made them! I didn't even bother with frosting!

Butternut Squash Soup
I am not a squash fan, or a soup fan, but I tried this recipe and LOVED it! I've made it several times now and it has changed my mind about squash!
