Both of my parents cook and I definately learned most things from them, but in the past 5 years I have grown immensely in my knowledge and skills as a cook. When I have time I love learning new ideas, skills, recipes. I love baking desserts, anything italian, and ive got american mexican down too Anything Italian, especially pastas Almost every recipe I try or create turns out well I havent had a lot...knock on wood. There was one disaster, but it happened so long ago that I cant remember.
