Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
This is a hit wherever it goes. I'd like to add that you can halve the white sugar and decrease the brown sugar by 1/4 cup and still have a perfect and popular dessert, minus some of the sugar.

Pumpkin Puree
This was so simple, I can't believe we haven't used our pumpkins in years past! I used 4 lb pumpkin, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be tender. It yielded about 4 cups of puree that tastes delicious on its own. Now we'll see if I can bake with it!

Ciabatta Bread
This turned out perfectly. I even subbed 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour for some of the bread flour and while it may not have risen as much as it would have, it turned out better than any loaf of any bread we've ever bought from a store. This one's a keeper!
