Chicken Pot Pie VIII
I didn't read the reviews about cooking the potatoes and veggies before adding to the pie either. A little on the crunchy side. Flavor is great though and I'll make it again--but will probably use peas instead of celery.

All Day Apple Butter
This was really easy to make and turned out very good. The apples don't have to be chopped up too small because they will cook down a lot. Next time I might use a little less cloves or cinnamon, or omit cloves completely.
