Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf
This recipe is awesome and easy! Because my husband is a meat eater I added pre-cooked grilled chicken, tasty and easy. I use chicken broth when making the pilaf and used olive oil instead of butter. With the asparagus mixture I added chicken, seseame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Satued all together and pour over the pilaf mixture it's Delicious!!!
