Ridiculously good. I'm always eager to try lamb dishes, because I love lamb, and so few dishes in the US use it. I stuck to the recipe for the most part, but I did add in a bit of turmeric and some spicy curry powder -- just a bit. I was in lamb heaven. I love the cilantro and mint... excellent combination. I'll surely be making this again. Everyone who tried it thought it was amazing.

Simply delicious, especially given the easy preparation. I stick to the recipe with a few differences. I use fluffy pitas from a local bakery company, along with standard pesto from a market deli as a sauce, and I like using Rosso Bruno tomatoes. To top it off, I shave pieces of imported parmigiano reggiano onto the pizza. This recipe goes well beyond satisfying... it's fantastic.

Amazing. The pot I used was a little small, so it was a tight fit, but I made it work. Delicious carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and such tender corned beef. A fantastic recipe.
