This is okay. My dad's family is french canadian. Modernly in the maine area. We eat this every christmas eve and its supposed to have mashed potatoes in it.

Turned out dense, but tasty. I will work on it to get it fluffy b/c it was really enjoyable twist on our tacos.

WOWZA! I was going through my recipe box and was like "oh i need t o review this" I click on it and there is my pic of the recipe!! My first photo scrap book it LOL. Anywho, this was soooo good, I cannot wait until I make it right! I accidently bought the mixed veg with green beans, corn, carrots, and peas. So it tasted kinda like a open chicken pot pie. It was tasty.

Perfect moist, dense muffins! The taste is a five star with the addition of 1/4c walnuts. Great think to take turn out perfect everytime.

Did what it saqid it would, a litte hard to layer colors and design and the wet ingredients needed alot of tweaking.

This is a good recipe. I made a few changes really only do to cooking equiptment and the fact I didn't want the extra steps. First thing I changed was that I sliced the onions because of others complained of a salsa texture. I didn't remove the onions from the pan when I browned the chops, or drain the fat. I thought that would loose to much flavor. I added 1/4c cream, and 1/2c water to the broth b/c my pan was so big i was afraid I would not have enough liquid. Then I added the chops back in and "basted" every 10 minutes. I did have to add cornstarch but only because the extra liquid I added I am sure. The best part was b/c I did not remove the onions they got so soft and just melted into the sauce. MMMMM so good every one loved it. Besides the minor adjustments I made I will not make any more! I had to take another pic b/c the others did not do it justice...hope it gets accepted!

Despite all the flavor adding ingredients it still tasted like ground meat LOL yes I know its MEATLOAF! Just for all the bbq and spices and bacon I expected mor flavor. Oh and hated how the edges burned up. I will stick with the Italian Meatloaf from this site.

I followed this recipe for the filling and used a grahm cracker crust. It was excellent just in between the fluffy and cake like! I perfect fix for my prego craving. I halfed the recipe and it made 8 scrumptious regular muffin sized portions! Will be using again and again!

I am only reviewing the crust... It was good, but I might try another T of butter it was a little crumbly when served.

I hate meatloaf!!!! But my family loves it! And we all loved this one! OMG! I made almost exactly except I didn't have oregeno so I doubled the italian seasoning, and I accidently bought garlic and herb diced tomatoes with onions... so glad I did ( I didn't even know about these)! Any who it was fantastic, a little grease but I just poured it off at the 45min mark... no biggie! Cooking time and temp was right on. Not only do I have a meatloaf I like but it will be a regular at our house. Thank ya thank ya.

I was excited to make this b/c of all the stuggles of others... a test of my culinary skills lol! Well it seemed that no one had much luck with the recipe as is I took reviewers advice along with my own thoughts. FIrst I thinly slices my potatos and nuked in milk for about 7 minutes. During that time I seasoned and seared my chops and put them on the bottem of my baking dish. I combined the the cheese and onions w/ potatoes and poured them on top, sprinkled with additional cheese. Baked covered for 30 minutes at 350, uncovered and was concerned about the potatoes. Baked it uncovered at 375 for the last 30. iT WAS GREAT! So I know we all haate some one who is totally changing the recipe and than rates it lol... but for so many issues some tweaking had to be done. 4 stars for the idea and the ingredients (which I used exacatly)!

Loved this dish. Only three minor adjustments will be made next time. More rosemary, marinate the chicken (flavor bareley penetrated), and let the potatos bake for 15-20 minutes before (did not brown much but were kinda crispy). I add the chicken. i started the chicken skin side down. Then half way through drained off the fat and turned the chicken. I also used a cooking sheet with sides induce browning.

This was ok, I think my seafood dept labled the fish wrong and it was catfish! Other wise it fine, my mom really liked it. Quick easy and accurate cooking time and temp.

My first chicken salad attempt... turned out well. I think it needed salt. Used the store bought dressing that starts with a "m" and has a "z" in it lol. Will look for ways to enhance this pretty tasty recipe. Made with Roast Sticky Chicken and French Rolls to Die For, from this site

I sought out this recipe b/c of it short cooking time. Lesson learned... no short cut for beans. I had to baby sit them b/c of the quick water evaporation. They ended up scorching and flavorless. Cannot find a reason to try to improve will stick with frijoles III from this site.

This a prettyngood cake. Definately for the chocolate lover, however it is the icing and filling that gives it the flavor the actual cake is very light on chocolatyness. Also, my cake did not turn out moist as described, i kept an eye on it and took it out of the oven just shy of 30 minutes. It was better after chilled over night. I did not find it as labor intensive as other reviewers, I did study the recipe to find steps to omit.

I was for something quick and easy to do with my 4yr old daughter. This is just the ticket! Very moist and fluffy. However I would have aenjoyed a little more of a chocolate flavor. Always room for improvement maybe some choclate chips or syrup. Still a keeper as is.

A great quick icing, very white! I used it for cupcakes not decorating. Also I used regular vanilla and it came out just as white. Thinking about trying to add fruty flavors.

I will never stray from this recipe! I only let them marinate for maybe 3 hrs, I am really looking foward to doing it over night as the recipe calls for. I notice alot of reviers skipping the onion in the cavity... put something in there! I think an aromatic would work fine, but the onion releases moisture into the breasts along with the flavor. I think my white meat was juicier than the dark! I put the chickens on top of whit potatos and carrots that I seasond liberally with minced onions, garlic, and s&P. Fantastic all in one, set it and forget recipe. I cannot wait to try out a chicken salad with the leftovers.
