Baked Ziti IV
I made this with a single pound of ground pork sausage, ricotta cheese (in place of the cottage cheese and sour cream) and I ended up using an entire 3 lb jar of pasta sauce. This was phenomenol. Cheesy and gooey with just the right amount of sauce so that it wasn't dry. Was fairly easy to make as well, just a bit time consuming for my tastes, but I loved it, as did my whole family.
