I am a busy medical student who subsists on PB&J lunch and dinner for most of the week. On weekends I like to go all out and try exciting recipes. Unfortunately for my test tasting partner, I modify every recipe to omit the oil and most of the salt. Hey, I think healthy tastes good! I love spices of all kinds, and am always trying to experiment with different curries. Being a vegetarian, I had to leave behind most of my Chinese cooking traditions. However, I still love the large variety of dishes in every Chinese meal.
