Special Buttercream Frosting

This frosting recipe is wonderful! I've used it lots of times with decorated cakes and cupcakes and usually use the recommended 1/2 butter and 1/2 shortening, and since I usually buy butter flavored shortening, thats what I use. The perfect buttercream frosting!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

I have made this recipe on lots of occasions and it never fails, very yummy and easy. I use fresh garlic and salt vs. the garlic powder & salt. My whole family loves it and so did everyone at my son's birthday party! Much less expensive than the canned sloppy joe mixes and a lot better too!!

Lemon Square Bars

YUM!! I have made these lemon bars on multiple occasions, for a school back sale, potlucks, a bridal luncheon, etc. and they are always loved by all. Very good!

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Although these meatballs are a little too garlicy for my taste, I served them at my sister's bridal luncheon and everyone LOVED them! My husband and kids have also been enjoying the leftovers!!

Cucumber Sandwiches III

These sandwiches are DELICIOUS! I served a slightly modified version as sandwich quarters, along with two other types of sandwiches, at my sister's bridal luncheon, and they were a huge hit! I'll definitely be making them again.
