Crab Alfredo

This was a great thick sauce and everyone had seconds. I substituted old bay for cayenne pepper and some whole milk for the half & half and it was perfect. I will make this again

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Delicious! Not too sweet, and very creamy! I love it how it is written, but I now add in a tablespoon and a half of butter and switch to half & half. This is one of the best frosting recipes I have found. Thanks

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie

This pot pie is great. It is so creamy and the flavors blend really well. I have never liked pot pie, but everyone else in my family does so I decided to try it. I have been missing out! We finished the whole thing in record time and it has already been requested again. Perfect dinner!

Chili Rick's

This chili is amazing! I tried to follow the exact recipe, but I only had one bottle of bbq sauce. It was still so delicious, I couldn’t stop eating it while I made it. I am going to let it sit overnight and serve it tomorrow with cornbread muffins and I can’t wait! Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

Chewiest Brownies

Tastes so good! I did use less sugar, more butter and a bit of milk as was suggested. Hard to cut up but completely worth it.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Very good frosting. This was not too sweet as many other recipes are and with a little bit of cocoa it was perfect. I used two more tablespoons of butter than the recipe called for and it was so creamy and delicious.

Baby Back Ribs

They were so juicy and tender! I wrapped them tight, cooked them for 4 hours at 225f and used Sweet Baby Ray's hickory and brown sugar bbq sauce. Everyone loved them and they were gone so quickly. No mess and they didn't leak one bit. Will make again and again!
