Cream Cheese Frosting II
Worked Well for me. Used it to frost cupcakes and held up perfectly well. Not too sweet. I did, however, cut the powedered sugar to about 3 cups. Thanks!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
These were really good. I was very skeptical with the cottage cheese, but my family wolfed them down... even the baby!

Lion House Wassail
This is my new favorite drink! Absolutely delicious. It tasted just like Stephen's Citrus Spice Drink. Sooo good.
