About this Cook
I started cooking when I was in junior high. the first dish I ever made was spagetti. I cook dinner almost every night, it just depends on my mood what you get. I love cooking for large groups and gennerally get good reviews.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook chicken in some seasoned olive oil. I also put my seasonings in the middle of my burgers so you get a little flavor in every bite. i also love to make the family recipe for shrimp creole. I also like to bake, I great at cakes and brownies. I'm still working on muffins.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have a few... my entire family gets in the kitchen for thanksgiving, and we use each other as guniea pigs for new recipies. I usually end up in charge of the vegies, except the green beans, those my aunt does. Also every new year, we all get in the kitchen and make the family recipe for shrimp creole, and various other snack foods.
My cooking triumphs
I'd have to say one of my triumphs would have to be that I can usually get it right the first time. I use my family as guinea pigs, and almost always get good reviews. I can even get the picky eatters in my family to eat things like broccli and sprouts.
My cooking tragedies
The very first dish I cooked was spagetti, and we could have warded off vampires for a month. I got way way to much garlic in it. we've also discovered I can't do pancakes.

BAKER'S(R) ONE BOWL Chocolate-Strawberry Cake
The topping was good, but i don't know what I did wrong. I even made it a second time when the first turned out dry and nasty.
