This was ok, nothing great though. I tried changing it up a little by adding mushrooms, some herbs, and some tomato sauce, but it still wasn't that great of a dish. Would probably not make again.

These were pretty good. In my opinion they had too much vermicelli in them, but other than that they were good. Would also be nice to add some sort of a sauce to the inner of the rolls, maybe a sweet chili sauce or something similar. Will make again and have a play around with some sauces.

This was ok. I made 2 sandwiches (from 1 pita), and only ate one of them and couldn't bring myself to eat the other. I think it's all the mayo. The sandwich would probably be better with the fresh ingredients separate, then with only a drizzle of mayo. Sorry, but won't be making again.
