Baked Apricot Chicken
AMAZING!! this is restaurant quality chicken. My 11 yr old daughter made the sauce, it is super easy. I will make this all of the time

Shepherd's Pie VI
Excellent! I was worried it would be a bit bland so I added some onion soup mix and extra water to the ground beef along with the beef broth. It thickened up and was really tasty. I also added extra cheese with the mashed potatoes.
