Butternut Squash Soup
My family of 5 loved this. I made it with butter and only 8 oz of cream cheese and it was perfect.

Roasted Pork Loin
Yum, yum, yum, yum. We loved this. I used fresh rosemary and a 3 lb boneless pork loin roast. The house smelled unbelievable while this cooked. It took just over an hour at 350 so way shorter than expected. Paired beautifully with Grandma Jeanette's Amazing German Red Cabbage on this site.

Grandma Jeanette's Amazing German Red Cabbage
I got a red cabbage in my produce delivery last week and wondered what I was going to do with it. So thrilled I came across this recipe. What a winner! It was an AMAZING fall recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe said and served it with a roasted pork loin and it paired beautifully. My 3 kids and husband all loved it.
