Supreme Apple Butter
Wonderful recipe! Like others, I had problems finding apple brandy but I wanted to have some sort of liquor in there so I opted for an apple liquor (not schnapps!). Very very tasty - thanks for sharing!

Rockin' Salsa
This salsa is wonderful! I tried the recipe as written and it's great! For my tastes though, I think it's a little too sweet and could use a bit more heat. I'll adjust and will definitely be making this again - thanks for sharing!

Tomato, Cucumber and Red Onion Salad with Mint
Great recipe and I love the mint! The ONLY thing I will be sure to do next time is chop up the mint super super fine - I enjoyed the taste of the mint but not chewing the leaves themselves!
