My Monkey Bread came out so pretty that I was going to post a picture... but I never got a chance. I made it for a BBQ we had. It was GONE that night. I had inverted it, ran to get my camera and in the 1 minute I was away... HALF THE BREAD WAS GONE! Next time I'll make it for my nieces. They'll LOVE that you can eat it with your hands. My roomies ate THE WHOLE THING in one day. I made it for breakfast in the morning and when I came home from work that evening... it was GONE! Make sure to use good blueberries, I felt that made all the difference. I get mine at my local farmers market. I don't think I'd ever use frozen blueberries... the taste just wouldn't be the same.

Pretty delicious. I gave this 4 stars because I had to add quite a few more spices for flavor. I doubled the recipe and found that the 1/4 tsp of salt & pepper did hardly anything for the skillet. I also omitted the bacon (didn't have any on hand and I'm a vegetarian). I used rosemary olive oil to fry up the potatoes instead of the bacon grease. It made my house smell great! I served it with english muffins. It was an overall very yummy and satisfying dish. Will make again!
