My wife is the primary chef in our house, however I enjoy cooking. I love grilling and cooking outside. I dream of an outdoor kitchen. I like making deserts and trying to fancy them up. I have no culinary training but I am creative. Every year I fry a turkey for Thanksgiving. My dad started it and when I moved away from my home town I decided to pick the tradition up. I love Fried Turkey I am having fun with the Orion turkey cooker. So far I have smoked the best ribs, chicken and brisket that I have ever tasted. Haven't cooked a turkey in it yet. I sometimes get too many things going on at once, besides cooking and as my wife says "crash and burn" on the grill.
