Blackened Salmon Fillets
I was scared to make this becuase I've never tried making seafood at home before. This was easy and delicious. I recommend it to other novices like myself!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
Awesome! So easy to put together, I just browned the beef in the evening, and the next morning threw it all the crockpot before work. Came home to a hot meal and a great smelling apartment!

Margie's Shortbread Oatmeal Cookies
These were okay, but didn't really taste like a shortbread to me. I had to increase the water to 1/3 cup like the other reviewer suggested to make the dough workable. They remind me of a plain oatmeal cookie.
