Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Sorry...really did not like this one although I expected to love it. The turkey ended up so mushy it was almost baby food. The gravy was very nice, but the turkey breast was a disappointment.

Crab Imperial II

This is not a true Imperial because it's not super creamy...however, this is amazing on top of a nice piece of sirloin! The only change I made was to broil it for a couple of minutes at the end to really give it a nice crust with the bread crumbs.

Foolproof Rib Roast

This was wonderful! I used Lawry's Seasoned Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, fresh rosemary and fresh thyme as the rub. With a tablespoon of horseradish on the side, this was a great pre-Thanksgiving dish!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I used a 3 1/4 lb roast with one can of cream of mushroom, onion soup and beef bouillion instead of water. I added mini Yukon Gold potatos for the last hour and turned the heat to High. It was fabulous!!!

Chocolate Velvet Mousse

I make this dessert for my mom who is diabetic and she loves it. It does not raise her blood sugar, so it's a treat with no big penalty. I am not diabetic, but love this mousse.
