Twice Baked Cheesy Potatoes
I added some onion powder to this and I used milk instead of sour cream because I didn't have any on hand. I also mixed some of the cheese in with the potatoes.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Doug loved this soup. It is a little spicy but we still loved it.

Oven Pot Roast
Amazing. I added more water so that we could have more gravy and it was still amazing. I also cooked it at 275 degrees for 3 1/2 hours and it was perfect!!!
