About this Cook
Raised military, then met the love of my life who also travels. I can't get enough of the world! I have a 2 year old son name Grayson. I like the color red/black/baby blue. I always wash my hands. I have 2 brother's. I have 2 nephews, and 2 nieces.
My favorite things to cook
Pasta dishes, crock-pot dishes,cookies, casseroles
My favorite family cooking traditions
Celebrating Thanksgiving...all the women in the kitchen cooking together, (and yes, we all do actually get along)!
My cooking triumphs
My famous pumpkin cookies, broccoli casserole, and peanut butter pies
My cooking tragedies
I can't seem to master any kind of breakfast foods! I can't flip an egg, I always burn french toast, I can't fry bacon...maybe it is just because I don't eat it...that I can't master it. I just eat cereal or toast for breakfast. haha.

PHILLY Creamy Rice, Chicken and Spinach Dinner
This was very good! I made it twice, and both times there were hardly any leftovers, and the little bit we had as leftovers was eaten the very next day. I did no alterations, and it turned out perfectly. Thanks for the recipe!

Thai Green Curry Chicken
As I type,I am making this recipe for the 3rd time in 3 months! My husband loves it! I did add some veggies to it, and I also cut the curry in half..as the first time my son couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. We love it! thanks for the recipe!
