Artichoke Chicken
Very good recipe!! Chicken was sooooo tender and delicious. The only things I did differently was using Hellman's Mayo with canola oil (it tastes just like their regular mayo, only no cholestrol), and I used a big clove of garlic chopped because I didn't have garlic pepper. Just a tip..the articoke hearts have plenty of sodium in them, so I wouldn't recommend using any salt, only pepper. This recipe stays in the rotation!!!
