The Absolute Best Potato Soup
I only gave this a 4 because although it was very easy, it wasn't as thick as I like. So, to make it better and a little easier, I used 4 cans of diced potatoes and then made a roux with 1/2 cup butter and 6 T. flour cooked together, then added it to the soup. It made it as thick as I like it and delicious!!!!

Country Chicken Casserole
I fixed this today. Thought it was good. The only thing I did different was use the hash browns with cheese already in it. I think I will add more of the hash browns next time and add a little salt or some kind of seasoning. It is a little bland. But I don't like alot of seasonings anyway. Overall it was good and I will fix it again.

Venison Meat Loaf
My husband came home from hunting trip last week. I searched the site for recipes for moose. Didn't find too many. Found this recipe and tried it. I thought it was very good. I usually don't like meatloaf. I liked this because there weren't alot of ingredients that you had to add, most I had on hand. I also don't like onions and peppers. The only thing I changed was to use a little bit of dry onion flakes in stead of real onions. Thanks for the recipe, I'll be using it again.
