Microwave Corn on the Cob

Follow this recipe exactly except leave the husks on and microwave for 7 minutes. Be careful taking off husks, but they will gently fall off without any strings attached - most awesome!

Key Lime Pie IV

Great pie to take to party or office and very easy to make. I used cool whip instead of heavy cream, used a lot more lime juice and squeezed real lime w/it, used the remaining cool whip as topping. Stuck it in the freezer for 1/2 hour - too to event and people RAVED over this pie. Thanks for an easy quickie Key Lime recipe.

Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

It turned out PERFECT! This is the first breakfast casserole that is even worth considering making twice. I've made so many that were blah, but this was DELICIOUS! Thank you for posting. I used 8 eggs, 2 cups of skim milk, sausage and bacon and large generic garlic cheese croutons. I mixed it all together in bowl before putting in dish. I increased temp to 350 for 60 minutes.

Garlic Prime Rib

Excellent recipe but cooking time is a little off for 10 lb standing roast. Be sure to use thermometer for perfect prime rib - I enjoyed using this recipe for my first prime rib. It tasted WONDERFUL!

Raspberry Cheese Spread

Delicious cheese spread. I would definitely cut back on the mayonaise and add another onion, but fantastic. 4 Stars!
