My name is Alex. I'm currently 18 years old. I grew up in a family that all cooked and got me inspired to take it up. I love cooking anything, anywhere, at any time. I worked as a chef part time at Romano's Macaroni Grill as a chef. You name it, i'll attempt to cook it. I love to cook almost anything. Baking is a different story, where I have my certain cakes, pies and cookies I will stick too. My favorite things overall to cook, however, would have to be anything italian, or dealing with pasta, chicken dishes and chili. Any holiday one person gets chosen to host the dinner. They cook the main meal along with about three or four sides and the rest of the family brings over other sides or desserts. Creating my family's favorite Holiday cookie treats and brownies. Also creating my friend's and family's favorite chili. Christmas cookie disasters (probably at least one batch every year lol)
